Pilcrow is made by Project LDB Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16997534. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.

Billing

Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller, so your receipts and card statements show Paddle. You can change or cancel your plan in Pilcrow on the web, under Settings. For anything else about a payment, email us, or contact Paddle directly through the link on your receipt.

Your data

To ask for a copy of your data, or to have it deleted, email help@writepilcrow.com. You can also delete your account yourself in Settings. See our privacy policy for details.
